INARF Annual Conference Artisan Information

2024's 2-day Annual Conference once again offered the highly anticipated Artisan Alley, offering sixteen (16) INARF Member organizations (8 per day, limit 1 opportunity per organization) the opportunity to showcase their creative Art Programs, introducing their Artists’ talents, and feature consumer hand-crafted items available for Conference Attendee purchase. Artisan booths were featured in a highly visible location promoting awareness of uniquely creative programming, as well as the many talents of the Artists. ​View additional information below to identify an opportunity that showcases your hand-crafted art for next year!

ARTISAN ALLEY OPPORTUNITIES & ENHANCEMENTS
OPPORTUNITIES & ENHANCEMENTS 
Included in Artisan booth:  
  • 1 – 8’ W x 8’ D Booth with surrounding pipe and drape 
  • 1 – 6’ Skirted Display Table with 2 Chairs 
  • 1 – ID Sign and Waste Basket  
Note: Artisans are welcome to move or remove the Display Table to accommodate their set-up however, displays must be contained within the designated Exhibit space to avoid impeding pedestrian traffic.  ​  
    ​     SCHEDULE
         Wednesday, October 9 
           Set-Up: 7 - 8 AM 
           Display: 8 AM - 3:30 PM 
           Tear Down: 3:30 - 4 PM 

         Thursday, October 10 
           Set-Up: 6:30 - 7:30 AM 
           Display: 7:30 AM - 2:45 PM 
           Tear Down: 2:45 – 3:15 PM 

PRICING & BENEFITS | $100 - Includes the Benefits listed below 
  • Complimentary Breaks & Meals. On respective display day – either Wednesday, October 9 or Thursday, October 10, there will be morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch provided for Artisan Alley Participants. (Limit 2 per Booth).  
  • Discounted Hotel Room Rate.  The Embassy Suites by Hilton Room Block expired on September 7. Attendees requiring overnight accommodations are encouraged to visit – www.hotels.com

​ENHANCEMENTS (Available to registered Artisans.) 
  • *Additional Artisan Representatives | $40 per person
       Artisan Alley Vendors can register up to 2 alternate representatives to rotate within the booth for a fee of $30 which includes
       badge materials, refreshments, and a box lunch.
  • Electrical Outlet | $40 
       Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your Artisan booth to power lights, displays, etc. 
  • Website & Mobile App Listing Enhancement | $100  
       Link your Art Program’s website to the Conference Website and Mobile App to enhance the visibility of your program and/or hand-crafted items for sale.   ​

ARTISAN PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY 
Payments are due 30 days from invoice date unless other arrangements are made. INARF has the right to cancel artisan booths if payment is not made 30 days from invoice date. Cancellations are permitted prior to August 16 with a full refund. Cancellations after August 17 will be refunded IF a replacement Artisan is secured by INARF.
