​Exhibiting offered the opportunity to showcase products and services and provided a great opportunity for direct contact with end-users and decision-makers in person. 
 
Included in Exhibit booth:
  • 1 – 8’ x 8’ Exhibit Booth with surrounding pipe and drape
  • 1 – 6’ skirted Exhibit Table with 2 Chairs
  • An ID sign and Waste Basket

Set-Up:
 
Wednesday, Oct. 4 / 4:30* - 6 PM or Thursday, Oct. 5 / 6:30 - 7:30 AM
*Due to room availability and lengthy set-up. the Expo Hall opening is dependent on the Fire Marshall walk through and approval. It will open as close to 4:30 PM as possible, early access will not be permitted. Exhibitors are invited to join the Evening Reception between 4:30 and 6 PM as schedules permit.

Expo Hall Open:
Thursday, Oct. 5 / 7:30 AM - 2:45 PM
​Tear Down:
​Thursday, Oct. 5 / 2:45 - 3:15 PM
EXHIBITOR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the immediate visibility offered, payments are due 30 days from receipt of invoice. INARF has the right to release exhibit booths if payment is not made 30 days from receipt of invoice. Should the need to cancel arise, cancellations received prior to Saturday, August 5 will be subject to a processing fee of 25%; if cancellation occurs between August 6 - September 6, the processing fee will be 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 6. ​

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS:
Exhibit opportunities are designed to offer organizations maximum visibility before, during and after the Conference. The benefits listed below are designed to provide optimal exposure for your organization.
  • Exposure on the Annual Conference webpage, marketing materials and App. As a Conference Exhibitor, your organization’s name is included in the listing of registered Conference Exhibitors located on the INARF website, ON-LINE Newsletter publications, and on the Conference App recognizing your participation in and support of the Annual Conference.

  • Access to Conference Attendees through Mobile App and a Pre & Post Attendee List.
    Each Exhibitor receives a list of registered Attendees two weeks prior to the Conference, a post-event list of Attendees, and has the opportunity to utilize the Annual Conference App to send messages to registered Conference attendees throughout the event.

  • Complimentary Breaks & Meals. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, October 5, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch will provided for Exhibitors (Limit 2 per booth).
​​​​
  • Dedicated Agenda Time. The exhibit layout encourages high traffic in a casual atmosphere to speak with potential customers during dedicated AM/PM breaks and lunch. Attendees are regularly reminded and encouraged to stop by the exhibit booths to gather additional information on the products and/or services of interest to them. 

  • ​Complimentary Educational Opportunities. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, October 5, registered Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the educational sessions that highlight new trends and innovations in the human service industry, as time permits. A one-day registration is available for Exhibitors interested in attending the Pre-Conference on Tuesday, October 3 and/or the Conference on Wednesday, October 4.

  • Discounted Hotel Room Rate. ​

WEBSITE & APP LISTING ENHANCEMENT | $100 
Link your organization’s website to enhance your listing on the Conference Website and App.

TOTE INSERT | $300
Promote your product or service with the inclusion of your company’s marketing flyer in the Conference tote. Production of the marketing brochure/flyers (approx. 450) are the responsibility of the organization and are to be delivered to INARF on or before September 20, 2023. 
 
INTERNET CONNECTION (Wired) | $130
Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide wired internet access to your exhibit booth. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the Expo Hall.  

ELECTRICAL OUTLET | $40
Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your exhibit booth to power lights, run displays, etc.
