The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) released the following notice regarding Claims Payment System VR vendor registration available. As previously announced, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) has contracted with Public Consulting Group (PCG) to implement an electronic Claims Payment System (CPS) for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) service vendors for the submission of invoices and payment of claims. The system is being rolled out in two phases: Phase 1) Vendor registration; and Phase 2) Vendor claims payment. Once Phase 2 is implemented, all payments to VR vendors will be processed through CPS. The VR vendor registration is now open for business registration only. VR participants and individuals that are not business entities, but receive reimbursement from VR will be registering at a later time. To register, please visit the CPS Portal by clicking here.
Also, BRS and PCG completed six training webinars in February 2018. A recording of the webinars and Frequently Asked Questions are available by clicking here. Vendors are encouraged to review the VR Services Manual prior to reviewing the training and beginning the registration process. Please stay tuned for more information and be sure to join the VR vendor email list to access the most up to date information. You can join by going to the VR Vendor webpage or by clicking here. Additional information about the VR Vendor registration process and Claims Payment System can be viewed on the VR Vendor webpage. Comments are closed.
