• clarifying that Face-to-Face Visits and Consultation can be provided during short-term hospitalizations (page 4),
• providing a timeline for Wellness Coordination components, detailing timelines, frequency, documentation standards, and documentation upload requirements (beginning, page 8), and
• clarifying expectations regarding “active” involvement of the Wellness Coordination provider at team meetings (page 14).
INARF will be reviewing this guidance against prior recommendations made by our Wellness Coordination Workgroup and through the CIH Waiver Public Comment process. We will share the outcomes of that analysis with members and, if needed, work with the Division to clarify any outstanding questions.
