Late last week, INARF Member Bridges of Indiana announced that Keith Digman has been selected to serve as their Muncie Regional Director. While we are sad to see Keith leave the INARF staff, we are tremendously proud that he was selected for this opportunity. We are also glad to know that he will remain a part of the INARF family in this new role.
Keith's last day on staff will be July 10. Bridges’ full announcement is included below:
It is with great excitement that Bridges of Indiana announces the newest addition to their leadership team. On June 26, Keith Digman accepted the Muncie Regional Director position for Bridges of Indiana. This agency is honored to have one of the most influential individuals in the disability services industry join their team of leaders and advocates to further enhance the services provided in the Muncie region.
A Muncie native and graduate of Ball State University, Keith began working in the intellectual and developmental disabilities' field in 1999. From his more than 16 years of experience in the industry, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge about Medicaid Waiver and Supervised Group Living (SGL) service delivery, operations management, as well as in the development and leadership of teams. Specific duties during his career have included working for waiver provider agencies and involvement in several leadership roles around the state of Indiana. In 2012, Keith began his work as the Director of Advocacy and Program Development for the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (INARF), a statewide association with a membership composed of nearly 80 agencies providing services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. During that time, he was instrumental in the development of many initiatives and projects that offered solutions to issues surrounding service delivery for the disability community.
