March 6, 2015, Evansville, IN — CARF International has announced that Assistive Technology Solutions, a division of the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center, has been accredited for a period of three years for its mobility devices and medical equipment programs. This latest accreditation is the third consecutive Three-Year Accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has awarded to Assistive Technology Solutions.
This decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows Assistive Technology Solutions’ substantial conformance to CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.
Assistive Technology Solutions, a division of Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center, is a nonprofit organization with offices at 3701 Bellemeade Avenue in Evansville. It has been providing a wide range of mobility devices and medical equipment for adults and children in the Tri-State area since 1996.
