The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) posted the following important information to the provider website at indianamedicaid.com on February 21, 2017 (unless alternate date is noted).
The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) is beginning week two of implementation of the CoreMMIS and the Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal). The Indiana Family and Social Service Administration (FSSA) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) have made progress in stabilizing the new system but are aware some performance issues still exist. It is their intention to resolve issues as quickly as possible. They also intend to keep the provider community aware of problems that have been identified and the progress being made to resolve them.
Please see the following synopsis for Day 9 of the rollout: On February 21, the Office of Community and Rural Affairs & Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority sent out the following request seeking public comment for the 2017 Action Plan.
HCBS Non-Residential Self-Assessment Validation Documentation Confirmation Emails from BDDS2/21/2017
INARF has learned that some members did not receive confirmation emails in response to the emails they submitted providing documentation for the HCBS Non-Residential Self-Assessment validation request from the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS). If your organization did not receive emails confirming that BDDS received the documents you submitted to validate your Non-Residential Self-Assessment, we urge you to follow up with BDDS by emailing them at INbdds@pcgus.com. Additionally, if your organization sent your documentation in multiple emails, please confirm with BDDS that they received all of the emails and files that you sent. Some members have reported that BDDS only received some of the files they attempted to send.
If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact Sarah Chestnut. Last month, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) posted version six of the Amended HCBS Statewide Transition Plan. After a thorough review and analysis of the document, INARF developed comments and submitted them to FSSA and DDRS for consideration. You can view INARF’s comments on the Amended HCBS Statewide Transition Plan here.
If your agency submitted comments, please share a copy with us by e-mailing them to sarah@inarf.org. We hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the INARF office. |
